Daily inspection and maintenance

1. Wire feeding mechanism. Including whether the wire feeding force distance is normal, whether the wire feeding catheter is damaged, there is no abnormal alarm.

2. Whether the gas flow is normal.

3. Whether the safety protection system of welding gun is normal. (do not turn off the welding torch for safety protection)

4. Whether the water circulation system works normally.

5. Test TCP(it is recommended to prepare a test program and run it after handover in each shift)

 

Weekly inspection and maintenance

1. Scrub each axis of robot.

2. Check the accuracy of TCP.

3, check the residue oil level.

4. Check the accuracy of zero position of each axis of the robot.

Clean the filter net behind the welding tank.

6. Clean the filter net at the compressed air inlet.

7. Clean impurities at the nozzle of welding gun to avoid blocking water circulation.

8. Clean wire feeding mechanism, including wire feeding wheel, wire pressing wheel and wire guide tube.

9. Check whether the hose bundle and guide wire hose are damaged or broken.

10. Check whether the safety protection system of welding gun is normal and whether the external emergency stop button is normal.

 

Monthly inspection and maintenance

1. Lubricate the axes of the robot. One through six shafts with white lube oil.

2. Red nozzle and butter on RP positioner and RTS track.

3. Add grey conductive grease to the blue filler nozzle of RP positioner.

Add lubricating oil to needle bearing of wire feeding wheel. (just a little butter)

5. Clean gun device and add lubricating oil of pneumatic motor. (regular oil will do)

6. Clean the control cabinet and welding machine with compressed air.

7. Check the water level of the water tank of the welding machine, and timely replenish the coolant (pure water and a little industrial alcohol can be used).

8. Perform all items of weekly inspection except for items 1-8.

 

The operator is responsible for the maintenance of the welding robot, and the personnel are assigned as follows:

Every time maintenance must add maintenance records, equipment failure should be timely reported to the maintenance, and detailed description of the equipment before the failure and the operation, actively cooperate with maintenance personnel maintenance, so as to resume production smoothly! The "oil" used in the factory is the most common oil (e.g. #32 guide oil, spindle oil). Oil is liquid, its color is light blue before no wear, wear is used after it becomes black!

Lubricants are liquid oils with different viscosity levels such as #10, #22, #32... #220, #320, etc. Generally used for gear box, hydraulic system, guide rail and sliding bearing type sliding parts, compressor, etc. Among them, automotive engine oil (automotive oil), need to have high temperature characteristics, its viscosity is adopted by the American association of automotive engineers (SAE) standard, such as: 10w-40.

A grease is a gelatinous substance consisting of a base oil (lubricating oil) + a thickener, etc. (it is simply "water + flour"). Generally used for rolling bearings, pinion boxes (such as pistols, electric drills, juicers, optical drive in the transmission parts), other needs to prevent the loss of long lubrication life.
